Delete ActivAI8 data (keep account)
Request deletion of personal activity and health data while keeping your ActivAI8 login.
How to request data deletion
- Confirm this request is for ActivAI8.
- Submit the form with your account email. Use the reason field to list categories (for example Health Connect samples, meal logs, body metrics).
- We verify ownership, then remove the requested stored data.
- Target completion: within 30 days after verification.
What we delete (typical)
- Stored Health Connect / Apple Health / wearable samples we hold
- Optional body metrics and related health records
- Meal and workout log history when included in your request
What we keep
- Your login and account profile
- Coach relationships and active subscriptions (unless you cancel billing separately)
- Billing records and limited legal/security records when required
