How to request account deletion
- Confirm you are requesting deletion for ActivAI8 (this app).
- Submit the form below with the full name and email on your ActivAI8 account.
- We email you to verify ownership, then process the request.
- Target completion: within 30 days after verification.
What we delete
- Profile and account credentials
- Workout and meal logs, messages, and in-app content you created
- Wearables / Apple Health / Health Connect samples we store
- Consents, coach links, and app access for that account
What we may keep
- Billing and invoice records required for tax, accounting, or payment disputes
- Limited security or fraud logs for a short retention period when required by law
- Anonymized analytics that cannot identify you
